ABOUT ME

Teri Davidson began her career in real estate over 46 years ago as the youngest member of the Brantford Regional Real Estate Board. She quickly became one of the leaders in her industry based on hard work, ethics in dealing with her clients, honesty and her keen sense of fair play and professionalism. When she completed further education 35 years ago, she became the youngest Broker in her board. Again, she kept her clients' needs and desires for affordable housing, and great neighbourhoods to live in, as her prime focus, while spending time giving back both to her industry and the community she lives in.

Teri served for several years both as a committee member and Director of the BRREA and offered her expertise and time to these meetings as well as serving on the Brant United Way and her children's school Parents and Teachers Associations. Teri understands family.

29 years ago she opened her own office, "Associate Realty Brantford" located at 134 King George Road where she and her business partner ran the city's largest independent real estate company in the city. Priding herself on her wealth of knowledge and expertise in both selling and finding families the right home for them, it kept Teri as one of the forefront REALTOR®S in the production of sales, making her consistently one of the Top 5 in Sales Production for the Brantford Regional Real Estate Association, closing more transactions as an individual than sales teams who were competing against her with 8-10 members.

Teri, for the past 20 years, has been writing as a columnist with "Rider" magazine where she authors her own column regarding rural, country farms and equine properties. Her horse properties are listed here to offer them full exposure.

Teri sells and finds properties for buyers in both residential, multi-family, rural and investment and is one of the leading sales people in farm sales.

Amalgamating her business with C21 Heritage Group in 2019 was the next step in a long established career bringing international exposure, new technology and consistent growth within her industry.

Since joining Century 21, Teri has been a Centurion Award winner for all seven years, (including one year as a Double Centurion Award winner), a Gold Level Pacesetter, an Outstanding Performance winner every quarter and one on the top 100 in sales people across Canada for C21.

These are all C21 award levels based on performance in sales.

She remains Brantford's #1 Salesperson for Century 21 Heritage Group out of over 800 salespeople.
